Don't buy it July 28, 2010 J. Burrill (New England) Don't buy this power washer. I used mine for about three hours the first time and it seemed to work fine. The next day it quite after 15 minutes. I contacted the company and they said they would get back to me. Two months later I decided to see if I could correct the problem myself. I was sure it was the pressure sensor that was the problem. Sure enough, the spring sensor was stuck. In an attempt to free it up, I broke off the rather fragile, brass micro-switch post. Now, the washer motor won't shut off. This would be ok except that the pressure builds to such an extent that the sprayer valve won't open, leaving the unit totally useless.
Does what I expected and then some October 18, 2009 Jerry Gillooly (Southeast Michigan) I needed a power washer to clean resins from a sweet gum tree off the siding, AC cover, sidewalk, and other surfaces that had collected sap for many years. This one had received good reviews and it seemed an appropriate power for my use, but I still had a little trepidation over its ability. Well, I got over them quickly. This thing works! It's even kinda fun. I find myself looking for things to clean with it.

br /Depending on the surface being cleaned, the washing may take several minutes of blasting or it may be instantaneous. The vinyl siding took longer than I expected, and I experienced a lot of splashing in the face before I learned not to point the wand up and perpendicular to the wall, but it eventually restored the original color. Concrete, brick, and asphalt surfaces gave up their grime easily. I had forgotten what my patio looked like when it was new.

br /I have used the washer three times for about eight hours total, so I can't rate the long-term reliability. Perhaps I'll amend this review next year.

br /Others have mentioned the recessed hose connection on the body of the washer, and I agree that it would be a real pain to use. I strongly recommend a quick-connect.

br /I must comment on Amazon's shipping service. I placed my order at 12:40 AM on a Friday and received immediate confirmation. At 11:30 AM the same morning, I got notice that the item had shipped, and it was delivered to my door before noon on Saturday. That's roughly 35 hours from order to receipt. WOW!
good product September 25, 2009 Patricia M. Garner This is a bit tippy if you pull it around but it does the job and has 2 nozzles so is versitile-I love it!
heck of a powerwasher with a flaw... September 22, 2009 A. Kalayjian like the machine fine - works well and does the job for the size. all the attaboy's this machine receives are erased when you try to unplug the hose with that shiny - slipery nozzle end that is buried inside the casing. whose big idea was it to create such a design - what were they thinking? would I repurchase - maybe
Junk September 13, 2009 Edmund J. Stankiewicz Took this product out of the box, plugged it in, motor dies after less than 2 seconds. Apparently this is a common problem with this product. Spend the few extra $$$ and get a name brand.
